Quotation Call Notice


                   Sealed quotations in plain paper are invited from intending firms having STCC/ITCC/VAT clearance and experiences, for executing renovation work of Central  Computer Laboratory and other Laboratories and Class rooms with furniture and fitting, supply of Air conditioner and 10 KW silent genset, so as to reach the undersigned on or before      4.00 PM on 26.11.2008.  The details of the work can be obtained from the Department Office in person or from the website at www.sambalpuruniversitypgc.in.  The firms are requested to visit the Department and prepare a realistic estimate of the work before quoting the price.  They have to deposit 1% of the estimated amount as earnest money.

  Infrastructure Development works to be carried out under Special UGC grant of Rs.10 Lakhs in the Department of Physics,

Sambalpur University.

 

1.                  Complete Renovation/remodeling of the Central Computer Lab including roofing, wall covering, electrical wiring and computer networking.

2.                  Supply of GLP standard computer tables and chairs for the above mentioned Laboratory and a roof mountable LCD projector.

3.                  Furnishing of two classrooms with GLP standard desks and benches along with gallery arrangement and necessary electrical works as per requirements.

4.                  Pelmet fittings, Window Screens and exhaust fan fitting in all Labs and Classrooms.

5.                  Lecture Hall renovation with A.C. fittings, sliding windows etc.

6.                  Fitting of water cooler and Aqua guard in the first floor with secured grill and water connection fittings with tiled Platform.

7.                  10 KW silent genset (Honda/Kirlosker) and necessary electrical fitting to integrate with the department power supply.
